Appointments & Cancellations

You may schedule an appointment with a patient care coordinator.

With the exception of serious emergencies, it is expected that you keep your appointments. If you need to reschedule an appointment, it is necessary that you advise the office at least 24 hours in advance. Your consideration in this matter will allow me to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment.

Emergencies

I provide 24-hour emergency coverage for all patients. If you have an emergency after office hours, call my office at 727-205-8534 or my answering service at 727-205-8534. The answering service will take your message and contact a covering physician immediately.

NOTE: It is not possible to schedule emergency appointments online.

Payment

Sarah Marcus accepts cash and personal checks as well as the following credit cards:

All co-payments and deductibles are due at the time of service. This includes payment for any surgical procedures, which is usually taken care of in advance. I accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.
